BUC Applied Arts curriculum has been designed and developed based on intended learning outcomes that follow academic standards developed in accordance with the National Academic Standards. About seven specialties are to be covered in the BUC Applied Arts Faculty.
These areas include: textile engineering, interior design and furniture, media design and graphic program, product design, TV and Film production, glass and ceramics, and fashion design. BUC Fine Arts Faculty offers a challenging 5-year undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Applied Arts with specialization in one of the offered areas of learning. Students enrolled at BUC Applied Arts must successfully pass a total of 170 hours including basic sciences requirement, program requirements, electives, and school requirements. A part of the curriculum is centered upon the development of IT skills for a number of 12 credit hours. Scientific writing and a final graduation project which covers 12 credit hours as well as fieldwork.
