A delegation from the School of Veterinary Medicine at Badr University in Cairo successfully concluded a visit to the Xuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences (XZIAS) in China. The primary objective of the visit was to finalize and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will pave the way for fruitful academic and scientific collaboration between the two institutions.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Adel Abdelkhalek and Prof. Dr. Ashraf El Shihy from BUC and Prof. Dr. Li Qiang from XZIAS. This significant step formalizes a commitment to fostering academic exchange, joint research endeavors, and cultural understanding between Egypt and China.
The agreement encompasses a wide range of collaborative activities.
This partnership is expected to yield significant benefits for both BUC and XZIAS. Students will gain valuable international exposure and cultural enrichment, while faculty members will have opportunities for professional development and collaborative research. The joint research initiatives will contribute to advancements in veterinary science and address global challenges in animal health and well-being.
