Course Description	This course intends to provide HQA candidates with the essential information, tools and the terminologies needed to enhance their understanding and active participation through HQA different modules.
Course Outline	Demonstration and understanding of the basic quality tools. Comprehensive overview on healthcare quality terminology Demonstration of the competencies for health care profession: formalizing different hospital documents, Policies and procedures, terms of references, Medical record forms, etc.. Imparting basic knowledge on different accreditation bodies and related standards.
