The School of Applied Arts effectively completed the steps for academic recognition from Cardiff Metropolitan University, which grants Applied Arts graduates a bachelor’s degree from Badr University in Cairo and a validation certificate from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Moreover, the school has activated a students’ exchange program with Cardiff, which involves granting a fully-funded scholarship by the EU for 20 students from levels 2 and 3 to study for a full year abroad on the university campus starting September 2021.
The agreement period between the two universities is 3 years; in which two groups will be annually selected among the students of the Schools of Applied Arts, Filmmaking & Performing Arts, Engineering & Technology, and Business & Economics to study for a year abroad through the fully funded scholarship by the European Union.
