Professor Dr Ahmed Moussa graduated from the Institute of Education Management (IEM) at Harvard University in the USA and holds a Doctorat d’Etat in Law (Public Finance), from the Université de Clermont-Ferrand in France.
Dr Moussa has held many prestigious positions including President of the Legal Studies Committee in the Egyptian Counsel of Universities; Founding Partner, of the Arabian Legal Firm in Cairo; Professor of Economics and Public Finance in the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University; Minister of Education and Higher Education; President of Mansoura University; and Judge at the Egyptian State Council (Conseil d’Etat).
Dr Moussa was granted several prestigious national awards including the National Award for Social Studies; the Medal of Excellence from the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the National Prize for Environmental Studies at the Egyptian Scientific Academy; and the Egyptian National Encouragement Prize for Public Finance.
